Integration is ready for the accounting system you already run.
This page explains how your customer and vendor statements reach iFinances from fourteen accounting and ERP systems. For accounting managers and CPAs, two routes are ready, file upload and direct connection.
Lines ready for matching
Columns, signs and dates recognised; on one table with bank and e-invoice.
Whichever route you choose, the same matching engine runs.
Illustrative screen · sample data
On the file route you upload the standard statement export (Excel or CSV) from your system. The reader detects the column names and the debit/credit sign convention on its own. For example, it reads invoice FT-2026-0412 for TRY 48,250.00 in account 120 (trade receivables) from the debit column. If a column is unclear, it asks you rather than guessing.
On the direct route your system's own interface is used (REST, SOAP, database, or a file service). We choose the route together at setup, and the credentials come from your own installation. iFinances only reads, it never writes an entry to your ledger. The pages below show, per system, which data arrives, how to export it, and which routes exist.
Pick your system and see how your statement arrives.
