These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between iWise Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("iWise" or the "Company"), which operates the iFinances brand, and any person who visits or uses the iFinances website (the "Site") (the "User"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Description of services

iFinances is a modular financial intelligence platform offering modules such as reconciliation, payment matching, and anomaly detection. This Site is for promotional and informational purposes; use of the products and services is subject to a separate service agreement. The Company reserves the right to change or remove Site content without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Site — including all content, designs, text, images, logos, trademarks, and software — belong to iWise or its licensors. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Company's written permission.
